Italian‑Speaking Virtual Assistant for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Italian‑English Virtual Assistant to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable communicating with guests across multiple platforms, and able to coordinate property services efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, booking requests, check‑in/check‑out questions, and resolve issues via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email, and messaging apps.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property‑related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability, and guest information.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing adjustments, and property data.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established short‑term rental procedures.
• Track reviews and guest feedback, escalating problems when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, property management, hospitality, or guest services.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO platforms.
• Experience with property management/channel management tools such as Guesty, Hostaway, or Hostfully.
