IT Specialist Program Delivery

About the role

The IT Specialist Program Delivery will lead and coordinate IT projects across hardware and software domains, ensuring network assets are managed throughout their lifecycle. This role combines project management, business analysis, and digitalisation initiatives to support global, regional and local requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor IT projects, including hardware upgrades and software deployments.
• Review applications and assess network hardware performance, upgrades, and monitoring.
• Anticipate and report costs related to replacing or updating network assets.
• Control suppliers and ensure compliance with network SLA and policy standards.
• Act as a business analyst to drive digitalisation and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate lifecycle documentation for all network assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management or network management.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, network certifications, and PMP (preferred).
