IT Officer / Senior Officer – IT Operations & Transformation

About the role

IDB Invest is seeking a dedicated and forward‑thinking Information Technology Officer or Senior Officer to ensure reliable IT services and support strategic digital transformation initiatives. The role involves daily IT operations, participation in key technology projects, and modernising the organisation’s digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support the adoption and integration of low‑code, asset‑light and commercial off‑the‑shelf solutions, ensuring efficient and secure delivery.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to design and implement scalable, integrated solutions that align with enterprise architecture, data‑governance principles and institutional standards.
• Design and review architecture diagrams, system flows and integration models; guide implementation of integration solutions using APIs and middleware.
• Contribute to the definition and enforcement of development best practices, coding standards and technical governance across platforms and teams.
• Act as liaison between business units, IT teams and external vendors to ensure alignment, clear communication and successful delivery across front, middle and back‑office functions, including legal, risk and impact areas.
• Manage end‑to‑end SaaS solutions, including loan‑management platforms and related services.
