Ingeniero DevOps – Panamá (3-5 años)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to drive continuous transformation and deployment in the financial sector. The role offers technical challenges, personal growth, and a supportive environment focused on well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for Next.js applications and Java micro‑services.
• Provision, manage and version infrastructure as code on Azure and AWS with Terraform or Bicep.
• Administer and deploy services on Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker for high‑transactional workloads.
• Integrate static code analysis, dependency scanning and security testing (SonarQube) into the build flow.
• Implement zero‑downtime release strategies (Blue/Green, Canary) for banking services.
• Set up observability, monitoring and telemetry for production and non‑production environments.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Development and Security teams on cloud networking (VPC, Subnets, Load Balancers, API Gateways) and identity management (IAM).

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Software or related field.
• 3‑5 years of DevOps experience, preferably in banking or high‑transaction environments.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud resources in Azure and operational experience with AWS.
