About the role

As a Project Engineer at JL SOLUTIONS PANAMÁ, you will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects, ensuring they meet schedule, scope, and quality targets. The position is full‑time and onsite in Panama City, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones.
• Manage resources, timelines, and risk registers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support the design of engineering solutions and validate technical proposals.
• Supervise field implementation to guarantee compliance with design and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong abilities in Project Management and Project Planning.
• Experience in Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interaction.
• University degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Industrial or related).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and online collaboration platforms.
• Team‑oriented, organized, result‑driven and eager to learn new technologies.
