About the role
We are looking for an IM & PR Assistant to support our Panama team in delivering strategic communication solutions for our clients. You will work closely with the account executive and help ensure that campaigns, influencer collaborations and events meet client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the account executive in meeting client requirements and project deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and media contacts.
- Support the planning and execution of events and activations.
- Research, draft, distribute and monitor press releases, media alerts, newsflashes and story hooks.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a public‑relations agency.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
