Healthcare Coordinator – Compliance (EVV)

About the role

You will ensure that home‑care visits are performed according to schedule and compliance standards using AlayaCare, the EVV platform. Full training is provided and no prior healthcare experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live visit dashboards throughout the day and flag any non‑compliant events.
• Create and track follow‑up tasks for US teams, escalating unresolved issues.
• Send a daily summary report highlighting patterns and metrics.
• Respond to client and caregiver inquiries by phone and email with patience and clarity.
• Stay up‑to‑date on payer and state‑specific EVV regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) – mandatory for daily communication with US clients and colleagues.
• Experience in customer service, call‑center, scheduling, payroll, or healthcare administration.
• Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Comfortable working with dashboards, reports, and data entry.
• Available to work on‑site in Panama City.
