Head Project Manager – Architecture

About the role

The Head Project Manager – Architecture will lead the design and delivery of commercial spaces such as retail stores, banks, and restaurants. You will ensure projects meet client expectations for time, cost, and quality while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create commercial environments aligned with client goals.
• Develop communication and planning strategies to synchronize all project actors.
• Analyze, plan, and manage project budgets.
• Define and execute the strategic project plan.
• Lead the materialisation process and hand over completed sites to operations with documented acceptance.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or related field.
• Architect with formal project‑management training, especially in commercial remodels.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience in administration, negotiation, risk control and project planning.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting architectural plans, budgets and civil‑work specifications.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project (or equivalent project‑management tools).
