About the role

BDO, one of the world’s largest professional services firms, is looking for a Senior Business Manager to join its Panama office. The role focuses on driving B2B commercial activities, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Apply sales techniques and negotiation strategies to win new contracts.
• Identify and develop business opportunities in the B2B market.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver professional services.
• Support the growth of the commercial team through mentorship and leadership.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably B2B.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, clear diction and active listening.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to lead teams.
