About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of simultaneous construction projects for a well‑established Panamanian builder. The role demands strong field expertise to ensure works meet scope, schedule, budget and quality standards while keeping senior management informed of progress, risks and decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of multiple projects concurrently.
• Monitor schedules, costs, quality and overall site progress.
• Lead and hold accountable the teams responsible for each project.
• Identify deviations and implement timely corrective actions.
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare reliable executive reports to support decision‑making.
• Strengthen control mechanisms to support company growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Valid professional license in Panama.
• At least 7 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading projects or construction teams.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with solid on‑site experience.
• Experience in multi‑storey commercial and residential projects.
• Ability to use AI tools for reporting, research and queries.
• Capability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Leadership, discipline, strong technical judgment and client‑facing skills.
