About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead and expand our leasing business unit. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational oversight, ensuring growth of the portfolio while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the leasing business, shaping both its strategic direction and operational execution.
• Design and implement commercial strategies to grow the leasing portfolio.
• Manage relationships with key clients, including dealers and strategic partners.
• Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Present and defend proposals before the credit committee.
• Monitor commercial performance, portfolio evolution and achievement of targets.
• Guarantee operational efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal functions such as Risk, Compliance and Finance to ensure integrated management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of direct experience with leasing products, focusing on commercial development.
• Proven track record in portfolio management and relationship building with dealers and corporate clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
