About the role

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead Housekeeping, Laundry and Public Areas operations in a large hotel with more than 300 rooms. The manager will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, service quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of guest rooms, laundry and public areas.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Manage, develop and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Control inventories, supplies and operational costs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs with relevant departments.
• Oversee audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Supervise the proper use, dosing, storage and inventory of laundry chemicals, ensuring safety and hygiene compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Experience in large‑capacity hotels (300+ rooms), preferably.
• Knowledge of laundry administration, inventory control and budget management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with hotel quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong command of management and productivity indicators.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules.
