About the role

The company, a provider of high‑impact social projects in Africa and Latin America, is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to oversee budgeting, treasury and cash‑flow for its construction projects in La Chorrera.

Key responsibilities

• Direct planning, execution and control of the budget, treasury and cash flow for the company and ongoing construction projects.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting, tax and labor regulations.
• Lead relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating credit lines, performance bonds and other required instruments.
• Coordinate with project managers to monitor financial performance of works, including cost tracking, valuations, contract closures and supplier payments.
• Manage accounting, treasury, procurement and administration teams, establishing internal policies and controls to mitigate financial risk.
• Participate in the financial structuring of bids and prepare management reports for the Board of Directors and General Management.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in senior administrative and financial management, preferably in construction or infrastructure companies.
• Proven experience managing budgets, cash flow and financial control of construction projects.
• Experience negotiating with banks and handling performance bonds.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and financial/accounting management tools.
• Availability to work in La Chorrera.
