About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to drive new business for our Health & Benefits division. The role involves prospecting, managing opportunities through the sales pipeline, and collaborating with technical teams to create competitive offers that meet client insurance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and keep opportunity data up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Actively participate in prospecting sessions and engage prospects via calls or visits, seeking strategic leader support when needed.
• Manage each opportunity through all pipeline stages until a won or lost outcome.
• Work with the technical department to design competitive proposals that satisfy client health, life and personal accident insurance requirements.
• Transfer all relevant information of won business to the post‑sale team according to quality system requirements.
• Achieve the annual performance target set for the role.

Required profile

• Technical knowledge of personal insurance products such as medical expenses, life and personal accident coverage.
• Proven experience in commercial roles within the insurance industry (insurers or brokerage firms).
• Ability to travel to meet clients and strategic partners.
• Bilingual communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
