Freight Support Specialist - Mid Shift

About the role

Circle Logistics is seeking a proactive Freight Support Specialist to join its Panama City team on a mid‑shift schedule. You will play a key part in keeping shipments moving smoothly by monitoring, communicating, and resolving issues throughout the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Communicate with drivers to confirm progress and provide updates.
• Deliver timely information to internal teams and customers.
• Identify potential delays and intervene before they escalate.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Dispatch teams.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, track & trace, call centers, or customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Comfortable managing high call volumes and working with multiple systems.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
