About the role

The Pest Control Service Specialist will provide timely and cost‑effective solutions for detecting, eliminating, and preventing pests across a portfolio of commercial clients, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, care homes, schools, retail stores, and food‑processing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Build effective working relationships with diverse clients and advise on best practices for pest identification and resolution.
• Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends to enhance service delivery and sales of preventive solutions.
• Use portable electronic equipment to manage service orders and document structural, sanitation, and pest‑related observations.
• Conduct high‑quality inspections and treatments that exceed client expectations and specifications.
• Provide written evidence of completed services and recommendations to keep facilities pest‑free.
• Apply pesticides in accordance with label directions and applicable legislation.
• Plan efficient work routes to ensure full completion of scheduled services.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation within established deadlines.

Required profile

• Residency in Ciudad de Panamá.
• Completed secondary education (preferred).
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and on‑call duties.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, humid or dusty environments, and temperature extremes.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Physical capacity to lift, push, pull, or transport up to 70 lb (≈32 kg).

Required skills

• Operation of portable electronic equipment for service management.
• Pesticide handling and application following label and legal requirements.
• Route planning and optimization for field work.
• Report generation and documentation of service activities.
