Engineer Machine Maintenance

About the role

The Machine Maintenance Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing installation, maintenance, repair, evaluation and commissioning of industrial equipment on client sites. The role requires close interaction with customers, technical teams and internal departments to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan on‑site activities with clients and monitor execution.
• Supervise and manage technical personnel, including productivity, training and performance evaluation.
• Provide technical support to the commercial area for quotations, additional services and customer solutions.
• Handle warranty claims and customer complaints, evaluating and following up on each case.
• Prepare and validate technical reports, visit reports, evaluations and test results performed in the field.
• Coordinate necessary resources for services: tools, spare parts, instruments, vehicles and staff.
• Administer electromechanical installation contracts and oversee technical assistance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, factories, commercial, planning and other involved areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising technical teams in field service environments.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and track on‑site activities.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to manage contracts, warranties and service documentation.
