About the role

The company seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of its retail and fashion warehouse in Panama. The role ensures proper storage, order, and handling of merchandise while supporting timely deliveries to multiple sales points.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse management and operational processes.
• Ensure correct storage, organization, and handling of retail merchandise.
• Coordinate receipt of products and schedule deliveries to various points of sale.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Work with transportation providers to monitor delivery times and logistics.
• Support the overall efficiency of the logistics chain.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Bachillerato).
• 1 to 2 years of experience leading a commercial warehouse in the retail sector.
• Willingness to travel to different sales locations.
• Ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and demonstrate leadership.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, half‑day on Saturday.
