About the role

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Executive will support Inchcape Americas in David, Chiriquí by managing vehicle financing processes, from client intake to loan disbursement. The role focuses on maximizing loan placements with partner banks, ensuring quick turnaround and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial paperwork and evaluate their debt levels through detailed credit analysis.
• Generate and review credit references using the APC (Asociación Panameña de Crédito) platform.
• Present financing options, communicate credit approvals and conditions, and follow the banking process through to CPP issuance.
• Maintain daily communication with assigned bank executives to manage credit referrals.
• Track invoicing versus reservations, monitor daily financing statistics, and ensure timely document custody.
• Support sales executives throughout the financing cycle and refer clients to the insurance broker for auto policies.
• Administer campaigns generated by the Retention Engine system and contact customers for vehicle change opportunities.

Required profile

• Studies in banking, finance, accounting, business administration or related fields (students accepted).
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Strong analytical skills for credit evaluation and familiarity with automotive banking processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using the APC credit platform.
• Basic computer, photocopier and scanner operation.
