About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Retail Key Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of about 20 retail points of sale. You will be responsible for in‑store execution, order placement, healthy collections, and opening new business opportunities across all brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a tailored plan for each key account, covering volume, assortment, shelf space and promotional opportunities.
• Negotiate coding, placement and promotions with buyers and category managers within approved parameters.
• Segment stores by visit frequency, execute the visitation plan and document each visit with photographic evidence.
• Analyze sell‑out and inventory data to propose suggested orders, follow up purchase orders and ensure complete delivery to Customer Service.
• Audit in‑store execution (display, pricing, expirations, stock‑outs) and coordinate with internal or third‑party merchandisers to correct deviations.
• Identify trade‑marketing opportunities, implement approved actions and report their ROI.
• Own the collection relationship with accounts, resolve disputes reported by Administration within agreed timelines.
• Open new accounts or points of sale and achieve new product codings.
• Report competitor pricing, promotions and launches.
• Provide weekly reports on sales, collections, execution, opportunities and pipeline.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience selling to modern mass‑consumer channels with direct contact with chain buyers.
• Strong negotiation skills with head‑office buyers, not only store managers.
• Ability to read sell‑out, rotation and inventory data.
• Experience coordinating merchandisers or merchandising agencies.
