Ejecutivo de Ventas – Residencial y Propiedad Horizontal

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and sell our telecom solutions (internet, cable, telephone) to residential customers and property‑horizontal communities. The role combines face‑to‑face and remote selling, managing both new prospects and an existing client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and convert residential prospects through in‑person and remote channels.
• Maintain and grow an existing portfolio, driving new, cross‑sell and recurring sales.
• Understand and present the full range of telecom products and services.
• Interact with building administrators and property‑horizontal managers to align offerings with community regulations.
• Adjust sales strategies based on market trends and client feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in residential or service sectors.
• Education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a completed high‑school diploma.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• High ethical standards, honesty and a results‑driven mindset.
• Own vehicle for client visits.

Required skills

• Knowledge of telecom products (internet, cable, telephone).
• Familiarity with property‑horizontal structures and regulations.
