About the role

BERA Motorcycles Panamá is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive motorcycle sales, accessories and parts. The role involves direct interaction with customers in‑store and through digital channels, ensuring a high level of service and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers both at the showroom and via online platforms.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate motorcycles, accessories or spare parts.
• Follow up promptly on prospects and sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and record client information accurately.
• Achieve the commercial objectives set by the company.
• Coordinate required documentation for each sale, including vehicle transfer procedures.
• Guide customers through the vehicle transfer process and accompany the sale until delivery.
• Utilise digital and artificial‑intelligence tools to improve client follow‑up and service.
• Maintain trustworthy relationships with new and existing customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or motorcycle sector.
• Proactive, punctual, responsible and well‑organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation ability and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to ride motorcycles and basic knowledge of vehicle transfer documentation.
