About the role

The IT Sales Executive will strengthen and expand relationships with Multicómputos' key accounts across the Caribbean and Central America. Acting as the main liaison between major clients and internal teams, the role ensures client satisfaction, drives account growth, and contributes to the company’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts to retain business and grow revenue.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating efficiently with internal departments.
• Oversee account teams assigned to each key client, ensuring focus on targets and exceptional service delivery.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize company benefits.
• Prepare regular reports on account progress, targets, and forecasts for informed decision‑making.
• Analyze sales data to refine commercial and marketing strategies for key accounts.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database, segmenting clients by industry, size, and geography to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• 4–6 years of experience in specialized and strategic sales within the technology sector.
• Knowledge of project management, sales processes, and financial management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using CRM systems for client management and data analysis.
