About the role

The Call Center Sales Executive will join IGS Panamá’s outbound sales team, promoting the company’s consumer assistance services to insurance, bancassurance and retail clients across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound telephone calls to prospective clients to present IGS services.
• Persuade prospects and close sales, meeting or exceeding set targets.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, answer inquiries and handle objections effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telephone sales or call‑center environments.
• Background in selling products or services related to banking, insurance, telecommunications or assistance is desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and results‑orientation.
• Immediate availability.
