Ejecutivo de Ventas – Asistencia en Carretera y Hogar

About the role

The Sales Executive will promote and sell Connect’s assistance programs—including home, health, roadside, travel and pet coverage—to individuals and businesses in Panama. You will act as a trusted advisor, explaining benefits and conditions while driving monthly sales targets and contributing to portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of assistance programs (home, health, road, travel, pets, etc.).
• Provide clear, reliable advice on program benefits, coverage, and conditions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support portfolio expansion.
• Develop consultative sales strategies and close deals effectively.
• Conduct prospecting, follow‑up, and sales calls.
• Participate in commercial campaigns, fairs and activation events.
• Report sales metrics and activity in the CRM and on dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal departments when needed to maximize results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the insurance sector.
• High energy, initiative and a strong desire to grow.
• Clear communication skills with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• CRM (experience using a customer relationship management system).
