About the role

The Bank Support Executive will provide operational and administrative assistance to Private Banking Officers and Advisors. The role ensures efficient handling of client requests, accurate account management, and strict compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening, updating, and maintenance of client accounts, including savings, checking, and DPF products.
• Formalize and update client files and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries and process service requests promptly.
• Monitor banking operations and ensure all activities adhere to internal policies.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, supporting compliance with FATCA, CRS, and AML/KYC standards.

Required profile

• Completed or near‑completion university degree in Banking and Finance, Administration, Economics or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service with exposure to banking products.
• Previous experience in banking, investments, or banking operations.
• Familiarity with account opening processes, client documentation management, and corporate client structures.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for banking clients, including FATCA and CRS.
• Ability to analyze financial and transactional client profiles and interpret basic tax returns and financial statements.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
