About the role

We are looking for a Tele‑sales Executive to join Corp Financiera de la Torre in Panama. The role involves contacting potential customers by phone to present and sell financial products and services, following company scripts and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to qualify and generate sales leads.
• Present financial solutions, answer questions, and resolve client inquiries.
• Follow up interested prospects, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.
• Record all interactions and client information in internal systems and keep the customer database up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with other departments when necessary to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different client types.
• Customer‑support orientation, capable of handling queries and complaints efficiently.
• Experience in lead generation and commercial opportunity follow‑up.
• Result‑driven sales mindset with negotiation and closing abilities.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or vocational training in administrative, commercial or related fields.
• Ability to work towards objectives, organize time effectively and willingness to learn financial products.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using a CRM system for managing leads and client data.
