Distribution Sales Manager – CAM/CAR

About the role

The Distribution Sales Manager will lead growth of Canadian Solar’s distribution network across Central America and the Caribbean. This field‑oriented position focuses on building new partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and increasing market share in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a distribution growth strategy for Central America and the Caribbean.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners.
• Expand presence and market share within existing distribution accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributor owners, purchasing teams, and sales leadership.
• Create pull‑through demand by engaging EPCs, installers, developers, and other channel influencers.
• Develop territory plans focused on new business acquisition.
