About the role

The company, an international firm based in Panama, seeks a Textile Graphic Designer to create original prints, patterns and illustrations for apparel and accessories. The role supports brand representation across Latin America, ensuring designs align with brand identity and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design original prints, patterns, illustrations and graphics for clothing collections.
• Develop graphic proposals using colorimetry, pattern repetition (rapport) and visual composition.
• Research fashion trends, colors, materials and international references to generate innovative concepts.
• Create technical design sheets with Pantone colors, dimensions, placement, scale and finish specifications.
• Adapt designs for various printing and manufacturing processes such as screen printing, sublimation, digital printing, embroidery, transfer and vinyl.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Purchasing and Production teams to ensure correct interpretation and execution.
• Review samples, strike‑offs, color proofs and prototypes to validate design fidelity before mass production.
• Maintain a well‑organized digital archive of designs, collections and graphic resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in apparel design.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
• Ability to create digital patterns and illustrations.
