Digital Account Manager – SEO & Paid Media

About the role

We are hiring a Digital Account Manager to fully own a portfolio of 15 client accounts. The role goes far beyond client communication, covering revenue, costs, delivery quality, team performance, client satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own portfolio performance, drive retention, upsells and expansion while managing risks.
• Lead client communications, monthly reviews, strategic calls and handle escalations.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary squads (SEO, PPC, Content, CRO, BI) including 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Oversee project timelines, milestones and quality using tools like ClickUp.
• Use data across SEO, Paid Media, CRO and funnels to guide decisions and reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years senior account management or client partner experience in a digital agency.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven upselling and cross‑selling track record.
• Advanced English for daily communication with international clients.
• Highly organized, resilient and able to perform under pressure.
