Desarrollador Full Stack Senior – Panamá

About the role

Banco Aliado is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end digital banking solutions. The role combines technical depth with a focus on user experience, operating within a collaborative, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure software solutions from front‑end to back‑end.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise services on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement high‑performance, responsive user interfaces using React and/or Angular.
• Connect strategic applications with existing middleware, databases, and core banking systems.
• Apply best‑practice development and security standards, including unit and integration testing.
• Document components and provide technical support during deployments and production releases.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies alongside architects, product managers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven, autonomous full‑stack development experience.
• Hands‑on experience deploying production solutions on Azure and integrating systems via APIs and middleware.
• Legal residence in Panama; banking or financial‑services experience is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Functions, App Services, SQL PaaS, API Management).
• Backend programming languages: TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python.
• Frontend frameworks: React and/or Angular.
• Design and integration of RESTful APIs.
• Azure DevOps (repositories, pipelines, work tracking).
