Key responsibilities

• Offer personalized product and facial‑care routine recommendations based on each client’s skin type and needs.
• Build trust through a close, professional, and consultative service approach.
• Drive category growth by suggesting complementary products and solutions.
• Maintain an attractive and well‑stocked sales area, ensuring proper product display.
• Support inventory management, billing, and other store operational tasks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends, innovations, and brands in the dermocosmetics market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in pharmacies, beauty, dermocosmetics, or personal care.
• Training or knowledge in dermocosmetics, cosmetology, facial aesthetics, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of skin types and facial‑care routines.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Commercial mindset, proactivity, and goal‑driven focus.
• Availability to work rotating schedules.
