Demand Planning and Inventory Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated full‑time Demand Planning and Inventory Manager to own forecasting and inventory accuracy across our portfolio of consumer‑product brands. You will work at the heart of our planning process, ensuring that forecasts are precise and that recorded inventory reflects reality, while providing leadership with clear visibility into inventory health.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales velocity across all DTC brands and forecast demand by SKU.
• Determine and execute reorder timing and quantities to avoid stockouts and overstock.
• Incorporate seasonality trends and channel performance data from e‑commerce, Amazon, retail marketplaces, and social commerce into forecasting decisions.
• Coordinate directly with overseas production teams on reorder needs, production timing, and inventory availability.
• Own the process of pulling sales orders from all channels and ensure inventory is accurately decremented as orders ship.
• Maintain a real‑time, accurate view of available inventory to support forecasting, reordering, and fulfillment decisions.
• Review and reconcile weekly cycle‑count data against expected inventory levels and investigate any discrepancies.
• Maintain a formal reorder tracker and replenishment schedule accessible to leadership.
• Build and maintain regular reporting on inventory health, discrepancy trends, forecast accuracy, and stock levels.
• Proactively communicate inventory risks and provide planning recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data across multiple channels.
• Experience coordinating with production and warehouse teams to align supply with demand.
• Detail‑oriented mindset to catch forecasting errors and inventory discrepancies before they impact operations.
• Ability to develop and maintain reporting infrastructure for leadership visibility.
