About the role
Deel is seeking a Customer Operations Manager for its Mid‑Market segment in the Americas. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for clients, representing Deel both internally and externally, and driving long‑term revenue growth through strong relationships and strategic guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Build genuine and durable customer relationships.
- Convert relationships into opportunities for long‑term revenue growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product‑related issues.
- Champion new products and capabilities to expand each client’s business with Deel.
- Tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver hands‑on project solutions.
