Curador/a de Experiencia (Store Stylist)

About the role

Homecenter Panamá is seeking a creative visual curator to shape how products and new collections are presented both in‑store and online. You will blend design expertise with content creation to turn retail spaces into inspiring environments that drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refresh weekly store settings such as living rooms, dining areas, HomeSleep, HomeRugs, HomeOffice and more.
• Produce user‑generated content and product media, including design tips, styling guides and collection videos.
• Develop PDFs and product data sheets, and train the sales team on product storytelling.
• Collaborate with the web team to curate online product presentations.
• Identify low‑rotation items and redesign their visual presentation to boost appeal.
• Support the growth of emerging categories like HomeSleep, HomeRugs, HomeOffice and HomeOutdoor.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense, preferably with background in interior design, fashion, styling or photography.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and recording simple in‑store content.
• Excellent writing ability and quick turnaround for content production.
• Passion for both creative design and meticulous documentation.
• Ability to make autonomous visual‑curation decisions without constant approvals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Basic photo editing using Lightroom.
• Basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
