Crew Coordinator – Panama

About the role

Inchcape Shipping Services is seeking a motivated Crew Coordinator to manage crew watch‑change processes for its maritime operations in Panama. You will act as the primary point of contact for crew members, clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth transitions, travel arrangements and compliance with migration requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate crew embarkation, disembarkation and repatriation logistics, including driver scheduling and accommodation bookings.
• Handle client appointments, queries and provide guidance on visas and migration formalities.
• Account for expenses incurred during crew changes and maintain accurate records.
• Arrange all necessary migration documentation to facilitate crew arrival.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation systems for on‑signing and off‑signing crew.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer‑centric attitude.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively across functions.
