Creative Graphic Designer

About the role

Fenómena Digital is looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into compelling visual assets. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop concepts, design pieces, and see them come to life across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from brief to final deliverable.
• Design and produce visual assets that reinforce brand messages.
• Develop copy that enhances each concept and engages the target audience.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to translate their needs into creative solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends, formats and real‑time moments to keep brands relevant on social media.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools to ideate, design and produce assets.
• Schedule artwork and copy for Meta campaigns.
• Optional: Apply knowledge of websites, email newsletters and media placements.

Required profile

• Creative, strategic and highly organized.
• Ability to understand the purpose behind each design.
• Strong listening skills and the capacity to turn client needs into clear ideas.
• Up‑to‑date with digital culture and social media trends.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to see ideas materialize.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
