Country Sales Head - VP, TTS Solutions

About the role

Citi is looking for a Country Sales Head (VP) in Panama for its Institutional Sales, Solution Sales team. The role manages a portfolio of top-tier local corporates and global subsidiaries, acting as the primary global or regional point of contact for TTS sales origination, cross-selling and retention, and driving client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Originate new TTS sales, cross-sell products and services to deepen wallet penetration and revenue, and oversee the sales process from origination to revenue realization
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and manage the deal team, working closely with Relationship Managers, TTS Product, Client Delivery and O&T
• Deliver account planning, call reporting, lead generation, pipeline management, implementation acceleration and TTS relationship reviews
• Cultivate client contacts in key buying centres and identify new deal opportunities across products and geographies
• Manage and drive global/regional teams for each account, champion multi-product and cross-regional solutions, and ensure global team communication (call reports, CRM, emails)
• Build customer loyalty, respond to escalations, and foster responsible finance, good governance, expense discipline and ethics
• Assess risk/reward appropriately, follow Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services, and escalate control issues

Required profile

• 6-10 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
• Relevant banking, finance, client service or relationship management experience
• Accounting background with good aptitude
• Advanced English proficiency, given interaction with global teams
