Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent – Remote

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent at BairesDev, you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring smooth coordination across cultures, time zones, and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services within budget constraints.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes to identify savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain awareness of travel regulations, passport and visa laws, and tariffs for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms or government officials.
• Document and update processes, proposing improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
