Coordinador Operativo de Bodega y Transporte

About the role

Mybox Logistics Group is seeking a Coordinador Operativo de Bodega y Transporte to manage daily warehouse and transport operations across its Panamanian hub. The role ensures timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with customs regulations while supporting the company’s fast‑paced Express services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments, assign loads to routes, and manage DMC (Delivery Management Control) documents.
• Operate core logistics platforms such as Magaya, TMS, and WMS to track movements and update dispatch status.
• Verify cargo release, maintain accurate system records, and update event logs for each shipment.
• Monitor transport schedules, report real‑time deviations, and ensure all required customs paperwork is attached.
• Optimize delivery routes using business intelligence tools and maintain complete traceability in the system.
• Provide internal client support, communicate delays proactively, and maintain professional relationships with carriers and service providers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to occupational safety standards.

Required profile

• Technical or administrative education in Logistics, Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proven experience with logistics information systems.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to operate logistics platforms such as Magaya, Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Familiarity with customs documentation and DMC processes.
