Coordinador de Desarrollo de Negocios – Business Development & Relationship Executive

About the role

OMC Group is seeking a Business Development & Relationship Executive to join its commercial team. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, strengthening existing relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing international clients, driving cross‑selling and portfolio growth.
• Prospect new markets, generate leads and follow up on commercial opportunities.
• Manage client portfolios, ensuring high‑quality, personalized service.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Compliance on client onboarding, due diligence and KYC processes.
• Stay updated on international jurisdictions, product offerings, market trends and client needs.
• Conduct commercial visits and represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
• Maintain the CRM system, tracking opportunities and commercial results.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, International Business, Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, relationship management, consultative sales or client management.
• Experience in corporate, fiduciary, legal or financial services is highly valued.
• Knowledge of jurisdictions such as BVI, Bahamas, Belize, Nevis, Panama or Seychelles is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese; advanced/fluently English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
