About the role

Tigo is looking for a Business Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers. The role focuses on consultative sales of connectivity, telecommunications, and digital services, aiming to increase revenue and strengthen long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and develop a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Achieve net sales targets and product penetration goals.
• Design and execute account plans to grow share‑of‑wallet and reduce churn.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the installed base.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date commercial pipeline in the CRM.
• Prepare forecasts and continuously track business opportunities.
• Create and present technical‑commercial proposals in coordination with pre‑sales and engineering teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms according to company policies.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers, including C‑level executives.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes for service commercialization, approval, and activation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
