About the role

GSB Solutions is seeking a Consultant/Architect of RPA to design, evaluate and lead automation initiatives using RPA, BPM and AI technologies. The role focuses on identifying automation opportunities, defining efficient solutions and continuously evolving digital processes to boost productivity and organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and assess candidate processes for automation, applying advanced methodologies to determine the optimal intervention cycle using RPA, BPM or AI.
• Quantify potential benefits of each automation in terms of cost, productivity, risk and service quality.
• Prepare and document automation opportunities for presentation to the prioritization committee, adhering to the Digital Operational Evolution model.
• Design RPA solutions, bots and workflows aligned with target process specifications and transformation needs.
• Coordinate activities and stakeholders across exploration, requirements gathering, design and validation phases to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage expectations, risks, barriers and issues arising from automation projects, ensuring user and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Define, document and update KPIs to measure performance, maturity and effectiveness of automated solutions.
• Provide technical criteria for decision‑making, evaluating feasibility, constraints and alternative automation scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, best practices and corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with development, process, QA, architecture and business teams to guarantee quality and sustainability of automations.

Required profile

• Medium proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) and English.
• High level of process improvement, optimization and BPMN modeling.
• Medium ability in problem analysis and solution design.
• Low experience in project execution.
• Medium proficiency with Microsoft Access and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm, Saturday 9 am‑12 pm.
• On‑site or hybrid work depending on the client cell.
• Fixed‑term contract of 3 months, renewable for additional 3‑ or 6‑month periods.
• Computer equipment provided by the client.
