About the role

Ofimak Panamá is seeking a proactive International Buyer to manage global supplier relationships and ensure product availability across its portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with international vendors, oversee purchase orders, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle purchase orders with international suppliers.
• Guarantee minimum inventory for each product code.
• Conduct weekly inventory reviews.
• Create and introduce new products into the catalogue.
• Utilize the Profit administrative system for order tracking (optional).
• Work standard hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (100% bilingual).
• Strong orientation toward results and strategic product management.
• Ability to coordinate with global suppliers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Profit administrative system (experience not mandatory).
