Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will lead iAcademy’s social media presence, creating and executing content that strengthens the brand and engages the community of students, teachers and followers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for iAcademy’s social networks.
• Develop content ideas aligned with the brand strategy.
• Write copy for posts, stories, reels and campaigns.
• Coordinate content recordings with the team, teachers and students.
• Monitor trends, formats and new content opportunities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date editorial calendar.
• Respond to comments, messages and community interactions.
• Analyze basic social‑media metrics and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with design, sales and management teams.
• Support coverage of courses, events and internal activities.

Required profile

• Degree or studies in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, Design, Digital Media or related fields.
• Previous experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong writing and spelling skills.
• Interest in education, digital marketing and content creation.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Management of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Copywriting and short script writing.
• Content calendar planning.
• Basic analysis of digital metrics.
• Use of Canva, CapCut or similar design and editing tools.
