Collections Agent – On‑Site Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Collections Agent to join our on‑site team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with payment solutions, and ensuring collections targets are met while delivering a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
• Provide clear information on loan, credit‑card, or banking products and resolve related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the call‑center system.
• Work rotating shifts to ensure coverage across all operating hours.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (tested).
• Previous experience in a call‑center environment, preferably in collections.
• Experience with loans, credit cards, banking or similar financial campaigns is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional handling of challenging customer conversations.
• Valid work permit for foreign candidates.
