About the role

We Move Executive Services is looking for professional executive drivers to provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation for corporate and private clients in Panama City. The role involves handling assigned vehicles, following detailed itineraries, and ensuring a high‑level experience for every passenger.

Key responsibilities

• Perform executive transfers as scheduled by the operations team.
• Pick up and drop off clients at agreed locations and times.
• Drive safely, proactively, and in a professional manner.
• Plan routes, consider alternatives, and adjust to unexpected changes.
• Maintain constant communication with the operations team and report progress.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each service, keep it clean, orderly, and properly fueled.
• Report any damages or maintenance needs promptly.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and confidential service, including assistance with luggage.
• Respect client privacy and adhere to internal safety and presentation protocols.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the authorized transport mode (type E1 for selective transport).
• Clean or acceptable driving record with no serious pending infractions.
• Current defensive‑driving course or willingness to complete one before starting.
• Proven experience as an executive, professional, tourism, or passenger driver, including handling sedans, premium SUVs, high‑end vehicles, and 15‑passenger buses.
• Intermediate English for basic instructions and communication.
• Strong knowledge of Panama City, Tocumen International Airport, hotel zones, business districts, and alternate routes.
• Availability for flexible, variable schedules.
