About the role

We are seeking an Executive Driver to provide safe, punctual, discreet and professional transportation for senior executives, corporate visitors and high‑level clients. The role ensures a comfortable travel experience that aligns with the company’s image and protocol standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport executives, visitors and clients to meetings, events, airports, hotels and offices according to assigned itineraries, guaranteeing punctuality and optimal routes.
• Comply with all local traffic laws, drive cautiously, anticipate traffic and weather conditions, and perform preventive vehicle checks before each shift.
• Manage vehicle upkeep, including oil changes, tire and brake inspections, and coordinate regular interior and exterior cleaning.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding conversations, documents or activities observed during service.
• Assist executive reception teams with VIP airport transfers and handle delivery or collection of corporate documents as needed.
• Coordinate travel schedules with assistants or administrative staff, keep detailed logs of trips, fuel and maintenance, and report any service deviations or incidents.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle category.
• 3–5 years of experience as an executive driver, preferably in an international company.
• Excellent personal presentation and basic knowledge of preventive vehicle mechanics.
• High level of responsibility, courtesy and attention to detail.
• Basic English proficiency for functional communication (desired).
