CAC Area Product Manager – Lead Logistics/SCM

About the role

The CAC Area Product Manager will lead the strategy, development and management of the Lead Logistics product portfolio. Working closely with commercial, operations and support functions, the role drives profitable growth, solution standardisation, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure competitiveness and profitability of the product portfolio.
• Govern and standardise Lead Logistics solutions.
• Develop new services, pricing models and commercial support.
• Lead product launch initiatives and manage related documentation, procedures and standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance through business KPIs and market analysis.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Operations, Finance and Customer Service teams.
• Provide functional training and support to internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics or related field.
• Advanced degree or specialization in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, MBA or Product Management (preferred).
• 15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or product management, with at least 3 years leading product or solution functions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience in portfolio development, pricing, profitability management and regional project leadership.
• Experience in multinational, cross‑functional environments.
