Brand Manager

About the role

Global Brands is seeking a proactive Brand Manager to lead the management and development of a portfolio of brands. You will drive growth, strengthen market positioning, and implement commercial and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead the launch, positioning, and growth of brands in the market.
• Adapt international brand strategies to local market needs.
• Plan and execute campaigns, tastings, promotions, and brand activations.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor return on investment.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, warehouses, and commercial partners to ensure proper execution of strategies.
• Provide training and support to the commercial team on brand attributes and portfolio details.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar brand management role.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies, commercial campaigns, and brand activations.
• Experience in budgeting, administration, and performance tracking.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced English proficiency (essential).
• Willingness to travel for client visits, events, and activations as needed.
• Knowledge of the wine market and its main categories (desirable).
